Through the study of human resource management (HRM): the conceptual, empirical and practical intersection of many disciplines including psychology, sociology, economics and management sciences. As a result, the theoretical development in the field of HRM was more gradual as it focused on more middle-range conceptualizations, in addition to looking at the theory in these basic disciplines, serious efforts are needed to develop a grand theory for HRM by researchers to match the service progress or be applicable to the entire field.
The purpose of research is highlighting the state-of-the-art-of theory development in the HRM field through theoretical review especially main authors in this field.
Aims of research are focus, review and observe the studies efforts directed towards both theory development and reasoning for the theory development process. As well as the basic building blocks for successful theory development efforts and finally the challenges of developing HRM theory. And then arriving at some of the scientific contributions and additions to research that the researcher mainly considers when doing research. So, the methodology of the research approach is theoretical and review for main authors in HRM theory.
Findings, the researcher should focus on the Tips for Publishing Unconventional Research, Clarifying the importance of the researcher dealing with the challenges that the researcher may face from undertaking a mixed research approach, focusing on the method of examining social phenomena
